The first-prize writer will receive $500, publication of an excerpt in Richmond magazine, a ticket to the 2011 James River Writers conference, and feedback on the manuscript. Finish polishing your manuscripts, stop stressing out about them, and put them in the mail with a postmark by tomorrow, December 15.
